This Privacy Policy explains how GREENBONDS GROWTH ACADEMY PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Mentors Connect mobile application on iOS and Android (the “App”), and related services available through traderconnectapi.greenbondsacademy.com.

1. Who this App is for
Mentors Connect is a business operations tool for authorized mentors only (including master mentors). It is used to manage traders, review performance, verify daily activity, handle payouts, and export reports. The App is not for traders or the general public, and it is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may process:
- Account information: name, email address, password (stored hashed on our servers), and mentor / master-mentor role.
- Session data: authentication tokens stored securely on your device to keep you signed in.
- Trader and trading-related data: trader profiles, MT5-related account references where provided, daily profits/losses, trade reports, verification status, labels, and notes you enter.
- Payout information: payout records, verification results, and related transaction references needed to confirm payments.
- App usage & device data: basic technical logs such as IP address, device type, and OS version, to keep the service secure and reliable.
- Support communications: messages you send us about the App.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use mentor data for third-party advertising or marketing campaigns.
3. How we use information
- Authenticate users and protect accounts
- Provide mentor dashboard, trader, payout, verification, and reporting features
- Generate and share PDF exports you request
- Send transactional emails only (for example password reset and payout reminders)
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not send marketing or promotional emails through the App.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where required by law, we process data based on: contract performance (providing the App), legitimate interests (security and service integrity), and/or legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who host our API, email, or infrastructure (including Amazon Web Services), under confidentiality obligations
- Master mentors / authorized admins within your organization, who may view other mentors’ trader data as part of mentoring and payout workflows
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
We do not sell or rent personal information.
6. Data storage and security
Application and account data are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Session tokens on the device are stored using platform secure storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a mentoring and trading-operations app.
7. Data retention
We retain account and operational records for as long as your account is active and as needed for mentoring, payout reconciliation, security, and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your mentor account by contacting us (subject to legitimate retention needs).
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us using the details below. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Third-party services
The App may open system share sheets (for example to export a PDF). Those tools are governed by the third party’s own terms and policies. Our hosting infrastructure is provided by AWS.
10. International transfers
Our company is based in India. If you access the App from outside India, your information may be processed in India and in other locations where AWS or our service providers operate.
11. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
